experiences earned

what experiences can ones learn thru this few days of part time work.. can tell u. i learn to see people at different perspective again.. cause people give u different different ideas of life and see how people work and work with different people... just a short few house people can tell u so much things that they experience in thier life by saying or by thier action and response..

let me summarise people i met and things that they says
uncle yusof --- met him when he is on noon shift duty... talk to him awhile
what he says singapore is about naming yourself nowadays very different from the old time..
example.. people work and demand for a better naming.. from guards to security officer/ protection officer, to from teacher to educator, from cleaner to environmental officer..
he say last time officer means people in charge of the top post.. and there is only one manager.. now people everything also call manager.. floor manager, department manager, logitics manager..
worst come to worst there use to be only ONE president in a country now.. the each big company also have president, other than that u have CIO, CEO, CFO whatever u can name...
what the use he says.. to him .. money come first.. he say he compare to his cousin.. he cousin work as manager in some company... one day they talk... cousin ask why so degrading work as security guard... see i'm at least a manager.. .. he told me he replied.. he dont care about the title... cause he find it pointless... he ask cousin how much u are paid for this manager job.. he say about 2.5k . the next thing u know.. he pull out his pay slip and show.. his cousin... 3k... the next thing u know.. the cousin never look down on him already ..

next i learn from is from uncle NG.. to me, he is quite down to earth.. all he say and worry about his son .. going to ns.. ask me about schooling stuff.. very friendly down to earth..

next a man 35 micheal... basically i dont know what he does,, he is part timer and he care less about the job he suppose to do .. but yet he still able to complete the task given...
we come to a topic on appricating on work and effort we put in ... he says one sentence.. which i think is very meaningful.. which i tense to forget it most of the time...
we do things not to for waiting for people to appicate.. we do things because we want to.. waiting for people to appicate u will live a painful life..

next is the OS and SE of pico... very sweet talkers able to make people work for them.. but what to do all just want to fuifil thier work and take the cash....

uncle shudeer, very kind old man, like a old grandpa with u ... always give u things that it is so hard to reject... even give me a ride to mrt station... people are kind and friendly afterall even thought u are just to relief them for a short while..

team leaders of special task force... mr lim and another indian guy .. fulfil thier duty to thier best.. know how hard it is to condinate with different people to do thier task...
mr lim was so call well like with the guards cause he know how to work hand in hand with them ... some way of another... give in yet firm on stand... while the indian guy is more of like trying to hold one some power.. but basically there issit much to work on like such place... even thougt it is a in house security work..

my agents well .. basically throw us in hand of others... basically we are just relief but at least must let us know our welfare... nothing is properly brief.. and the inhouse dont like the agent... cause take away thier job...

lastly relief christoper,, this 40 old man .. i dont know what he is doing.. basiclaly timid, talk alot and full of nonsense... cant stand him... working with him it is like having a fly buzzing around u ... even all the people around also .. get bored for him talking to much ... feel like ask him to .. SHUT UP >> JUST SHUT UP SHUT UP.. ok ... hahaaha.. crappy.. cant stand him ... get into politics with the in house guards just in two days.. surely got alot of things to say ... what we do is we hackcare so much .. .. hahaa.. ok .. enough of this crap..


ok enough of this.. hahaa.. i must start to build up myself and find a decent work now... .. and train to battle such things in future office or whatever stuff that is going to come to me shortly..
